Job Title: Purchase Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing goods, materials, and services, as well as managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Procurement: Purchase goods, materials, and services in accordance with company policies and procedures.
2. Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, including negotiating contracts and resolving issues.
3. Contract Management: Manage contracts with suppliers, including reviewing and approving contracts, and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
4. Price Negotiation: Negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure best value for the company.
5. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
6. Budgeting: Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including providing input on procurement costs and trends.
7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
1. Degree in Business or related field: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2. Procurement experience: 2+ years of procurement experience, preferably in a similar industry.
3. Communication skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills, including ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
5. Technical skills: Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
6. Certification: Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification preferred.
