Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Process Operator to operate and monitor production processes in our Bio-Stimulant Manufacturing Plant. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth plant operations, maintaining process parameters, following SOPs, and achieving production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor steam pressure, temperature, and other critical process parameters.
Operate and monitor batch manufacturing processes as per SOPs.
Perform drum speed adjustments according to process requirements.
Adjust scraper blade settings to ensure efficient machine operation.
Ensure uninterrupted plant operations while adhering to safety guidelines.
Record production data and maintain accurate process documentation.
Report process deviations, equipment abnormalities, and production issues promptly.
Coordinate with the production, maintenance, and quality teams to achieve daily production targets.
Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the production area.
Follow all GMP, safety, and environmental regulations.
Required Skills
Knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes.
Understanding of batch processing operations.
Ability to monitor process parameters and troubleshoot minor issues.
Familiarity with industrial safety practices and SOP compliance.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic documentation and reporting skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in Bio-Stimulant, Chemical, Fertilizer, Agrochemical, or Process Manufacturing industries.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Physically fit to work in a manufacturing environment.
