Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Manager from the Heavy Fabrication industry to manage end-to-end dispatch operations, ensure timely deliveries, and coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage daily dispatch activities for heavy fabrication products
Coordinate with Production, PPC, and Quality departments for dispatch readiness
Ensure proper documentation (Invoice, E-way bill, LR, Packing List, Test Certificates, etc.)
Manage transportation arrangements for oversized and heavy consignments
Monitor loading, packaging, and material handling activities
Ensure compliance with safety standards during dispatch operations
Maintain dispatch records and MIS reports
Coordinate with clients regarding dispatch schedules and delivery updates
Optimize logistics costs and ensure timely deliveries
Lead and supervise dispatch team members
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of heavy fabrication products handling
Experience in dispatch planning for large & heavy structures
Knowledge of transport coordination and route planning
Familiar with ERP systems and dispatch documentation
Problem-solving and decision-making ability

B.E. Mechanical
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Heavy Fabrication Industry
Experience handling industrial projects, structural fabrication, pressure vessels, or heavy equipment dispatch preferred
